How to access our services

Access to our temporary supported housing service is by agency referral only.

We can only accept referrals for people who are:

• Aged 18 or over
• Homeless
• With support needs, and
• Are motivated to engage with the support offered

Unfortunately due to limited staffing resources we are unable to accept people with an active drug or alcohol addiction.

What happens next?

• All referrals will be acknowledged
• We will ask the referred person to attend our offices for an interview
• If we are satisfied that they meet our criteria, they will go on our waiting list

Our long-term housing is reserved for people moving through our temporary support housing service.
